Hello, Portland, I’ve missed you.

I officially cannot go on a flight without thinking of Cabin Pressure.

One, the First Officer’s name was Doug.

Second, a joke was made about how there are no bodies of water between Colorado and Portland big enough to warrant life vest usage.

Three, the stewardess made a very Carolyn-like comment about how no whining or complaining is allowed on the flight.

CABIN PRESSURE HAS MADE EVERYTHING MUCH MORE EPIC.

For the past week, I’ve been convinced that my friend had totally forgot about plans we had made to meet up, but today I discover that he thought I meant Wednesday, and not Thursday.

1. My personality tends to fluctuate based on who I’m around. If I’m around people I know well, I tend to be more myself, but I get really super quiet around people I don’t know/think won’t like me the way I am.

2. My personality is probably most genuine when I’m talking to people on the Internet - because they tend to have the same interests and I can totally fangirl and just be myself without worries that they’ll think I’m odd.

3. I’m so worried that I’ll offend someone that I say ‘thank you’ and ‘sorry’ repeatedly. People think I’m just really nice, but I’m just terrified they’ll think less of me.

…. All I can think is that there needs to be a Psych/Sherlock crossover, with Shawn and Sherlock trying to outdeduce each other while Gus and John look on in amusement/bewilderment. Sherlock gets frustrated with Shawn’s psychic act and then somehow Mycroft and Henry talk about the geniuses. And maybe John and Gus have a good clean of the flat/Psych office while talking about how they have money problems, and Sherlock protests and Shawn couldn’t care less. Gus and John could talk about medically things.

And then they all scoff at The Mentalist.
